Throughout the month of July, the Municipality of Lezhë hosted two key participatory events—Living Lab 1 and Living Lab 2—as part of the SMART LAND project, funded by the European Union through the Interreg IPA South Adriatic 2021–2027 Programme. These activities brought together local stakeholders to co-design strategies for greener, more inclusive, and digitally connected mobility in rural and suburban areas.
National Info Points (NIPs) in the Interreg IPA South Adriatic Programme act as the primary national contact point for potential beneficiaries, providing information, advice, and support on programme activities and calls for proposals. Their core tasks include assisting their national authority with programme management and implementation, implementing the programme's communication strategy to promote its goals, and supporting potential beneficiaries through the project lifecycle from preparation to implementation.
