description import
CLEAN project focuses on promoting energy efficiency and sustainable territorial planning in the South Adriatic area by leveraging the experiences of the EU Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy (CoM) – a network with more than 11.600 cities – that require signatories to prepare a “Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plan” (SECAP).
It seeks to leverage the experiences and best practices of the Covenant of Mayors network to develop a tailored strategy to further extend the Covenant of Mayors and practices in the program area, fostering collaboration among public officers from both sides of the Adriatic.
