ADRICOM project aim is to foster collaboration among participating municipalities to enhance their institutional and strategic capacities for sustainable energy and climate governance, and to support the less experienced partners in approaching the EU Covenant of Mayors. The Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy (CoM), launched in 2008, represents the mainstream European voluntary movement involving local authorities in the development and implementation of sustainable energy and climate governance policies.
