On March 19-20, 2026 HEVON will gather stakeholders and partners at ENOLIEXPO fair with a Living Lab session, public conference and World Café.
The HEVON project will host a two-day event at ENOLIEXPO fair, held at the Apulia Region Pavilion at Fiera del Levante in Bari, bringing together partners, producers and Ho.Re.Ca. stakeholders from across the South Adriatic area.
On March 19, the programme will open with a preliminary internal Living Lab session involving project partners, selected enterprises and restaurants from Molise, Puglia, Albania and Montenegro to co-design the HEVON Trolley. Activities will continue in the afternoon with a public conference on the role of high-quality EVO oil as an identity and strategic element in contemporary restaurants, linking health and valorisation of territories. The conference will also present HEVON and introduce the Living Lab methodology. Living Lab activities will follow, with a public co-design and prototyping session dedicated to the development of the project’s olive oil trolley.
The following day, March 20, the event will continue with the HEVON Transnational World Café, a participatory meeting bringing together stakeholders from the cooperation area to stimulate dialogue on the EVO oil value chain. The initiative will conclude with a networking light lunch and tasting of high-quality EVO oils from the South Adriatic region.
