Consorzio I MAKE, partner of the SPICE – Supporting Professional Innovation in Culinary Entrepreneurship project under the Interreg IPA South Adriatic 2021–2027 Programme, has officially launched a public call for the establishment of a Short List of consultants, technicians and experts to support the implementation of project activities. Deadline 17 May 2025
The Short List is intended to identify professionals and organisations with relevant experience who may support the internal project team in the different phases of implementation. The call is structured around three main areas of expertise: management support and coordination of funded activities; selection and training of participants in the gastronomic sector, including support for innovative business ideas; and the organisation of a 15-day Gastronomic Residency aimed at promoting intercultural collaboration and the exchange of good practices among project partners.
Through this initiative, I MAKE aims to strengthen the operational capacity of the project and to involve qualified profiles able to contribute to the development of training paths, entrepreneurial support actions and public activities connected to the SPICE programme. The initiative is part of a broader vision that sees culture, gastronomy and social innovation as interconnected fields able to generate new opportunities for young people and women, especially NEETs, in the South Adriatic area.
Applications must be submitted by certified email (PEC) to imake@pec.it. According to the call, the first establishment of the Short List will be based on the applications received within 30 days from the publication date of 17 April 2026.
